"I can't tell you how happy I was when my Dad's realtor told me of your company and what you can do for people in our situation. He explained that you would come in and evaluate what we needed to get done to make the place ready for market. Then we would have the choice to do it ourselves or you could do the work for us. "Having completed two jobs with you I feel qualified to comment on your painting and decorating activities.
The first painting job was a staging activity that consisted of some painting and some interior decorating. The purpose was to make the house more marketable. The end result was that the house sold shortly after completion. Obviously the staging played a large role in the sale.
Shortly thereafter you agreed to paint the interior of my recently acquired condo. You completed the job on schedule and greatly enhanced the appearance of the condo.
